Res acquires Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories: the advisors
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Res, an independent renewable energy company and service provider, which has acquired Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories, advised by Walder Wyss, a pioneer of autonomous drone inspections for the renewable energy sector.
