Kellerhals Carrard advises F.G. Pfister on the purchase of 49% of Promet
F.G. Pfister Holding acquires a 49% participation in Promet in Kirchberg (SG) via F.G. Pfister Beteiligungen. The company provides system solutions for energy engineering. Its main fields of activity are the planning and construction of wiring systems, busbars, metal and plastic products, and assembly-modules. Production is 100% in Switzerland at the company’s own highly automated production facilities.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the investment and the valuation of the shares.
Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal counsel to the buyer. The team comprised of partner Thomas Bähler (pictured), counsel Kathrin Enderli and associate Lukas Dellenbach.
