Baker McKenzie with Salesforce in its acquisition of Swiss based, Lintao

A cross-border Baker McKenzie team led by Jingjin Guo (partner /Geneva, pictured) and Derek Liu (partner /San Francisco) have successfully assisted Salesforce, the customer relationship management platform, in its acquisition of Lintao, a global Tableau partner based in Geneva (Switzerland) that delivers analytics dashboard templates and consulting expertise in dashboard design. 

The acquisition of Lintao enables Salesforce to streamline its dashboard portfolio for enhanced customer experiences. 

Baker McKenzie has advised on all fronts, including acquisition structuring, price structuring, corporate and commercial aspects, employment and transfers aspects, due diligence, share purchase agreement drafting, negotiations and closing.
