Polygenia buys Kubo Tech from Diploma: the advisors
Valfor advised Polygena, a sponsor and partner for SME companies in the industrial and service sectors, in the acquisition of Kubo Tech, a manufacturer and distributor of high-performance sealing solutions and molded rubber parts, from Diploma, a global value-added distribution group active in controls, seals, and life sciences advised by Bär & Karrer.
