Post-covid, problem solving among top soft skills in Swiss legal community
The current economic crisis has certainly touched the legal fields – both firms and legal departments – in terms of priorities. For this reason, in a post-covid perspective, Legalcommunity.ch launched a poll among its readers on LinkedIn to find out what soft skills will be more suited to answer this challenging situation and so the post-covid scenario.
A great attention to problem solving was noticed (44% of respondents). However, according to our readers, also abilities in strategy and cost cutting are essential (33%). For 11%, it’s business acumen that will most likely need after this challenging period. Nobody indicated team management as a skill useful to answer the pandemic crisis.
