Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek with Prose Group on sale of its testing division
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek acted as legal counsel to Prose Group on the sale of its testing division, based in Germany and Switzerland, to Germany-based Tüv Süd, for an undisclosed consideration.
The Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek team who took part of this transaction comprised of members in both the German and Swiss offices. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek partners in Zurich were Marcel Hostettler (pictured) and Eric Chris Baumgartner (both orporate/m&a).
The carve-out will allow Prose Group to focus on and further expand its core engineering and consulting business. Prose will continue to be represented close to its customer with about 200 employees at the 9 existing locations in Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Austria and France.
