Reichle & De-Massari Group acquires entire share capital of Tecnosteel 

Swiss group Reichle & De-Massari (R&M), a worldwide provider of cabling and connectivity solutions for high-end communication networks, has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Tecnosteel, European manufacturers of racks and solutions for IT equipment and networks for data centres.

R&M was assisted by Mazars Italia with all the aspects related to the financial and tax due diligence.
