Bär & Karrer advise on the sale of Gebrüder Renggli to TT Medic 

The shareholders of Rehold have entered into a share purchase agreement for the sale of Rehold and its operating subsidiary Gebrüder Renggli to TT Medic. Gebrüder Renggli is a supplier of thermoplastic products for the medical sector and will enter into a partnership with Hubertus Goller (Goller Systems), a subsidiary of TT Medic. 

TT Medic is owned by the entrepreneurial families of Christoph Swarovski and Gaudenz Trapp.  

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team is co-led by partners Christoph Neeracher (pictured left) and Raphael Annasohn (pictured right) and further includes associate Lukas Bründler and junior associate Lazar Lepir (all m&a) as well as partner Susanne Schreiber and associate Elena Kumashova (both Tax).
