Schellenberg Wittmer has advised Avaloq Group on its sale of Avaloq Outline, a global outsourcing provider for business process solutions and innovative document management services, to Swiss Post Solutions.
The renowed provider in banking software, services and digital technology, was founded in 1985 in Switzerland, and counts with more than 2,500 employees comprising more than 73 nationalities to a large list of more than 150 clients based in 35 countries.
The legal team was lead by partner Pascal Hubli (m&a, pictured), and included Marcel Jakob, Elia Claude Schunck, Michael Erben, and Sebastian Zimmermann (all corporate/m&a).
