Schellenberg Wittmer advises RTX Ventures on its investment in H55
As we have informed here, RTX Ventures, the venture capital arm of Raytheon Technologies, has made a minority investment in electric propulsion system company H55 to drive the development of electric aviation solutions.
The Swiss company H55 is a leading enabler of electric propulsion solutions and battery systems. The investment in the company aligns with Raytheon Technologies’ longstanding leadership in the development of innovative and sustainable propulsion technologies.
Schellenberg Wittmer and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz have represented RTX Ventures on the minority investment. Schellenberg Wittmer’s team consisted of partners Christoph Vonlanthen (pictured) and Grégoire Wuest as well as associate Kevin Laurent.
