Schellenberg Wittmer: Credaris acquires CC Crédits Conseils

Credaris has purchased the credit intermediary CC Crédits Conseils, along with its call center in Tunisia. The acquisition of the 100% of the shares in the Swiss credit intermediary based in Versoix, further consolidates the Credaris group in the credit broker sector in Switzerland and concludes its third acquisition in the field in a year.

Schellenberg Wittmer has advised Credaris on this transaction. The team was led by partner Christoph Vonlanthen (pictured) and consisted of Sophie Bastardoz (corporate/m&a), Vincent Carron, Catherine Weniger and Clara Warriner (employment).
