Schellenberg Wittmer with Procimmo’s FMC license

Schellenberg Wittmer advised Procimmo on its license as a fund management company (FMC). Procimmo already has a license as manager of collective assets (MCA). With the license as FMC, Procimmo will be able to do the administration of Swiss funds and take over the fund administration of the funds it manages as of the beginning of 2025.
