Advestra advises SGS on its acquisition of CertX

Advestra has advised SGS, an inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, on its acquisition of Cer­tX, a cer­ti­fic­a­tion spe­cial­ist in cyber­se­cur­ity, arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence based in Switzerland. Cer­tX is a cer­ti­fic­a­tion spe­cial­ist in cyber­se­cur­ity, arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence (AI) and func­tion­al safety foun­ded in 2018 as a spin-off from the Uni­ver­sity of Fri­bourg, Switzerland.
