SkyCell’ s financing round: Walder Wyss and Vischer
Walder Wyss advised SkyCell on its USD 116 million Series D financing round. It embarked on a USD 57 million equity investment by M&G Investments in October 2023 and has now been completed with further investments in the amount of USD 59 million coming from Tybourne Capital Management – a global, growth-oriented, fundamental equity investor in public and private markets advised by Vischer – and CC Industries.
About the investment
The investment will be used to fuel the expansion of SkyCell’s global footprint, focusing particularly on growth in the US and Asia.
Walder Wyss’ team
