Lenz & Staehelin with SoftwareONE in the sale of 4.4 m Crayon shares

Lenz & Staehelin advised SoftwareONE Holding as selling shareholder on a sale of 4.4 million shares in the Norwegian company Crayon Group Holding listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The shares sold by SoftwareONE correspond to approximately 5% of Crayon’s share capital. The sale was effected pursuant to a block trade by way of an accelerated book building process. The deal has been carried out by Credit Suisse who acted as sole global coordinator and Joint Bookrunner together with Carnegie in connection with the offering.

SoftwareONE is a provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, headquartered in Switzerland and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange since October 2019. In addition Crayon is focused on software asset management, innovation and cloud optimization.
