GHR advises Spycher Construction on the purchase of GIO Ceramica  

Spycher Construction, has acquired 100% of the shares of GIO Ceramica for an undisclosed price. 

GIO Ceramica operates a panel-laying business and ideally complements the Spycher Group as a specialist in the field of construction, reconstruction and renovation of real estate. The transaction and the retention of the management of GIO Ceramica will create new opportunities for both companies and synergies can be optimally exploited.
