GHR with Spycher Group Holding in the acquisition of Hofer Installations  

Spycher Group Holding has purchased 100% of the shares of Hofer Installations for an undisclosed price. 

Hofer Installations operates a sanitary, heating and plumbing business and complements the Spycher Group as a specialist in the field of construction, reconstruction and renovation of real estate. Thomas Hofer remains on the Board of Directors and Managing Director, while Matthias Spycher takes chair in the Board of Directors. 

GHR Rechtsanwälte assisted Spycher Group Holding in the purchase. The team was led by partner Bruno Hunziker  (pictured) and included associate Jil Suter.
