Suter Howald with Arviem in the agreement with MV Agusta

Suter Howald assisted Arviem, a company operating in the logistics and supply chain sector, in the transaction that led to the framework agreement with MV Agusta, an Italian motorcycle manufacturer, regarding the implementation of a set of innovative financial solutions, concerning the management of the warehouse and the optimization of working capital. The value of the transaction is over 10 million euros.

Arviem was assisted for the legal aspects of the operation by Suter Howald with Mauro Loosli. The Italian firm FDL Studio Legale e Tributario collaborated, working on the Italian legal aspects of the agreement, with a team led by partner Giuseppe Cattani.
