Syngenta Group acquires Valagro: the advisor
Syngenta International has acquired Valagro, the Italy-based company engaged in production and commercialization of biostimulants and specialty nutrients, from Metalmark Capital, for an estimated consideration of EUR 500m.
Post acquisition, Valagro will continue to operate as an independent company under Syngenta Crop Protection business, leveraging the resources of Syngenta Crop Protection to accelerate its innovation and growth.
