Terra Quantum raises USD 60m Series A Financing

Walder Wyss and Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, Munich, represented client Terra Quantum AG, a Swiss based quantum technology startup company, in its USD 60 million series A financing round. A consortium of certain new and existing investors participated in the financing round, including Lakestar, which already led the company’s 2019 financing round. The new capital will, inter alia, enable the company to expand its R&D capabilities and accelerate its international expansion.
