Triton acquires Swiss IT Security Group from Ufenau. The advisors

Triton Fund V advised by Triton investment firm, has accquired Swiss IT Security Group, a cyber security services provider in the DACH and Benelux regions, from Ufenau Capital Partners.  Triton will replace Ufenau Capital Partners as majority shareholder in Swiss IT Security Group. Triton’s portfolio currently includes 48 companies with a total turnover of approximately €17.7 billion and around 100,800 employees. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Walder Wyss advised Ufenau Capital Partners (Ufenau) on the sale of its majority stake in Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group).
