Lenz & Staehelin advise the buyers in the acquisition of Promedical 

A group of investors led by SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor Partners has acquired Promedical, a Swiss supplier of medical consumables and surgery kits. The transaction allowed the family owners to successfully conclude their succession planning. The new owners aim at further developing the company at its location in Glarus into a leading, integrated solution provider in the Swiss healthcare sector.
