Homburger with Ubs in chf 500 m loan participation notes by Gazprom
Gaz Finance issued Chf 500 m Loan Participation Notes on June 30, 2021. The Loan Participation Notes were used to fund a loan by the Issuer to Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom. UBS acted as lead manager, together with Credit Suisse, Gazprombank (Switzerland) and J.P. Morgan Securities.
Homburger acted as counsel to UBS with a team consisting of partner René Bösch (capital markets, pictured), counsel Eduard De Zordi (capital markets) and associate Sandrine Chabbey (capital markets).
The Loan Participation Notes will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
