Vischer advises E3 Holding on its acquisition of Clean-Tek Group

The German company E3 Holding has acquired the clean-tek group from Felix Ritter. Clean-tek, based in Germany and Basel, is a leading manufacturer of modern cleanroom systems that uses technology for sensitive areas such as pharmaceutical production, medical technology, biotechnology or microelectronics. The company was founded in Renningen in 1986 by Albrecht Ritter, the father of the current CEO Felix Ritter, and employs around 65 people. Sales of around EUR 22 million are expected by 2022.

As an industrial holding company, E3 Holding pursues the goal of preserving and developing medium-sized projects. The company accompanies and invests for the long term and provides expertise in digitalisation and ESG.
