Wenger Vieli advises Numarics on the acquisition of A&O Kreston

Wenger Vieli has advised Numarics on its recent acquisition of the multiple award-winning fiduciary company a&o Kreston. With Numarics’ largest acquisition so far, the start-up is getting closer to its goal of becoming a leading trust service provider.

Numarics offers companies fiduciary services, which are managed with an app and artificial intelligence. The focus is on process automation and increasing efficiency in the trust sector. With the merger, a highly qualified team of 70 fiduciaries, tax advisors and auditors at five locations in German-speaking Switzerland joins Numarics. The number of clients at Numarics thus rises to over 3,000.
