VISCHER advises EBL on sale of Telekom division to Sunrise
VISCHER has advised EBL on the sale of its Telekom division to Sunrise. EBL has been active in the telecom business since 2000 and owns telecom networks in around 200 communities in Switzerland. At the same time, EBL has been successfully pursuing a strong expansion of its business with renewable energy, heat production and distribution for several years. Due to this strategic focus, EBL is selling its telecom business.
