Netrics Holding, formed in 2020 through the merger of Waterland portfolio companies – Netrics, Tineo, and nexellent – has rapidly evolved into a powerhouse in cloud and modern workplace solutions within Switzerland. Notably, Netrics has successfully completed two acquisitions in the past two years, namely BlueStone Consulting Group and PageUp.

The company, serving over 600 enterprise and SME customers across diverse industries, boasts a Microsoft Gold Partner designation ten times over for applications, cloud, modern workplace, and data center services. With approximately 140 employees spread across four offices in Switzerland, Netrics focuses on enabling efficient, secure, and modern work environments.

Bregal’s capital commitment and industry know-how position them as a long-term partner for Netrics. The strategic alignment and optimal market positioning of Netrics, coupled with the growing demand for digitization in the business landscape, present promising opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.
