Bär & Karrer and VISCHER on the deal of Netrics Group

Waterland Private Equity, along with the minority stakeholders of Netrics Holding, has formalized a share purchase agreement for the divestment of all shares in Netrics Group to Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a global private equity firm. Netrics stands as one of Switzerland’s premier providers of cloud and modern workplace services. The finalization of this transaction is anticipated in the forthcoming weeks.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team is being co-led by Christoph Neeracher (pictured right) and Philippe Seiler (pictured left) and includes Benjamin Grunwald, Carlo Hunter, Patrick Zumsteg, Dominique Nguyen, Yascha Fengler and Kai Bajka (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Adrian Rüegg, Julian Hodel and Leotrim Berisha (all tax), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT) as well as Mani Reinert (antitrust).
