Vischer advises Intel Capital on its investment in Unisers
Intel Capital, an investor in the future of compute, has invested in Unisers, a Swiss semiconductor metrology company that identifies invisible contamination-caused defects in semiconductor materials.
The USD14 million seed financing round was led by Intel Capital, with participation from M Ventures, RSBG Ventures and Swisscom Ventures. The funding will enable Unisers to accelerate the delivery of its commercial products to leading semiconductor partners by 2023. In addition, the company will be able to demonstrate the value of the technology in a number of further critical use cases.
Vischer advised Intel Capital with a team lead by Matthias Staehelin with Vincent Reardon, Luzius Zumstein and Melissa Briatico (all corporate/m&a).
