Swiss IT Security, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, acquires keyon as part of Swiss IT Security Group’s ongoing growth strategy. The full-service provider specialises in the areas of Microsoft Cloud security, enterprise PKI management, digital signature services, enterprise key management, database and file encryption and software engineering. Swiss IT Security Group consists of top-class IT security providers and unites experience and expertise with resources and services.
Walder Wyss advised Swiss IT Security on the transaction.
