Walder Wyss advises Assetmax on its sale to Infront

The Zurich based Assetmax has been sold to the Norwegian company Infront. The transaction has been successfully closed on 30 September 2022. Assetmax is a leading Swiss service provider for independent asset managers, family offices and banks developing software for integrated multi-custody portfolio management, client relationship management, invoicing and reporting. The acquisition represents an important milestone for Infront as the company further strengthens its product offering for wealth management customers across Europe.

Walder Wyss has advised the shareholders of Assetmax on all legal and tax aspects of this transaction. The team was led by partner Davide Jermini (corporate/m&a, pictured) and further included partner Fabienne Limacher (tax), Janine Corti (counsel, tax) and Martina Madonna-Quadri (senior associate, corporate/m&a).
