Fidinam advises Chaberton Partners with its equity plan
Fidinam & Partners and Studio Quadranti-Molteni have collaborated with the management of Chaberton Partners on the addition of Olivier Lemaitre to the Board of Directors. By joining the Board of Directors, Lemaitre brings to the group his expertise in HR business services. He will lead the expansion of the firm in France, Germany as well as in the other European countries where it is not yet present.

The team advising on the implementation of the equity plan was formed by Fidinam’s head of m&a and tax Giuseppe Lerose (pictured) and lawyer Daniele Molteni from Studio Quadranti- Molteni.
