Walder Wyss advises Bota Systems with its USD 2.5m seed round

 Bota Systems, a pioneer in advancing robotics with force torque sensing solutions, announces the completion of a USD 2.5 million seed round led by Marathon Venture Capital, along with the participation of angel investors. As part of the round, Bota Systems will grow the team to address the increasing demand by leading research labs and manufacturing companies globally, along with accelerating its ambitious product roadmap toward delivering a superior robotic platform.

Walder Wyss advised Bota Systems on all legal aspects of the financing round. The team was led by managing associate Dzevrije Zendeli (corporate/M&A, pictured) and further included senior associate Alice Vorburger (corporate/M&A) as well as trainee lawyers Luca Bartolomei and Arbër Hyseni (both corporate/M&A).
