Walder Wyss advises Sevensense Robotics on its sale to ABB

ABB announced that it has acquired Swiss start-up Sevensense Robotics, a renowned provider of AI-enabled 3D vision navigation technology for autonomous mobile robots. Sevensense Robotics was founded in 2018 as a spin-off from Swiss technical university, ETH Zurich.

Walder Wyss, whose startup-desk supported Sevensense Robotics from the very beginning, advised the sellers also in this transaction. The team was led by partner Florian Gunz Niedermann (corporate/M&A, pictured) and further included Timon Nydegger (managing associate, corporate/M&A), Fabienne Anner (managing associate, corporate/M&A), Michael Kissling (associate, corporate/M&A), Alex Nikitine (partner, corporate/M&A), Maurus Winzap (partner, tax), Ursina Gremminger (managing associate, tax) and Gion Giger (counsel, competition).
