Walder Wyss advises Swisslinx on its sale to Axiom

Axiom group, an established investor with a focus on high-growth companies, acquired Swisslinx International and its subsidiary. The acquisition of the Swiss IT staffing and consulting company has been made by Circle8 Group, part of Swiss-based Axiom Partners.

This full business acquisition is in line with Circle8 Group’s international buy-and-build strategy. Following acquisitions of Dutch labels Circle8 (formerly De Staffing Groep), FixedToday and Seven Stars, among others, this is the next strategic acquisition in the IT staffing industry.

Established in 1999, Swisslinx provides talent acquisition solutions across Switzerland and international markets and is one of the leading experts in its core recruitment markets in the country. The company offers a variety of solutions, from retained or contingent search, to RPO or consulting, to project staffing or programme resourcing.

Walder Wyss has advised the sellers and Swisslinx on this transaction.
