Walder Wyss advises UBS with the financing in CSD Group

Walder Wyss has acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, underwriter, bookrunner, agent, security agent and original lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in CSD Group by Initiative & Finance’s “Tomorrow” fund (I&F Tomorrow).

CSD Group is one of Switzerland’s leading independent environmental engineering consultancies, providing services to public authorities and private clients in in the fields of environment (biodiversity, waste, water, and energy), natural resources, and construction (transport infrastructure, buildings, and geology). With more than 900 employees in 30 offices in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Lithuania, CSD Group generates annual revenues of around CHF 110 million.
