Walder Wyss advised Nexoya on its $5M Series A Financing Round 

Nexoya, a startup in Switzerland that focuses on marketing analytics, has closed a successful Series A funding round of USD5 million. The round was led by BlackSheep MadTech Fund and included investments from ZKB and SICTIC. The new funds will be used to speed up growth and further improve its AI platform. Nexoya plans to use the funds to integrate additional advertising channels, making the digital advertising market more objective and automated with its AI technology. 

Walder Wyss advised Nexoya on all legal aspects of this financing round. The team was led by Florian Gunz Niedermann (partner, corporate/m&a, pictured) and further included Letizia Schlegel (associate, corporate/m&a), Erik Lanz (associate, corporate/m&a) and Janine Corti (counsel, tax).
