Homburger acts as counsel in Norline acquisition financing 

Swiss law firm Homburger acted as legal counsel to Zürcher Kantonalbank, which served as the mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender, as well as Credit Suisse (Switzerland) and Migros Bank, acting as mandated lead arrangers and original lenders in the financing of private equity firm Argos Wityu’s acquisition of Norline. 

The acquisition is aimed at accelerating Norline’s growth by expanding its geographical reach, broadening its customer base, expanding its service offerings, and further developing its internal start-up for 3D fabrication models. Norline, founded in 1986, is a Swiss provider of outsourcing services in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing sector, with sales exceeding CHF 70 million and a workforce of over 200 employees. 

Homburger acted as counsel to Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) and Migros Bank with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
