Walder Wyss: PENTAG Informatik joins collana IT group

Collana IT group has acquired PENTAG Informatik a Swiss company founded in 1999 and based in Ittigen. PENTAG has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT services business and is a specialist for software development, consulting and e-invoicing. On the other side, collana provides IT excellence across different sectors and counts with around 250 employees in collaboration with specialized IT companies in the DACH region.

Based in Flensburg, collana IT is a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners. The private-owned Swiss investor group is headquartered at Lake Zurich and advises private and institutional investors with their investments in private equity. The group is focused on investments in service companies in German-speaking Europe, Iberia and the Benelux region and invests in Education & Lifestyle, Business Services, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. 

Walder Wyss has advised collana IT, on the transaction.
