The legal counsels on Senevita – Sensato take over
Senevita took over the Sensato Group consisting of seven locations with around 200 employees. This acquisition took place in mid of May 2021 and ended on June 1st 2021.
The legal team
Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to the private sellers. The team has been co-led by Urs P.
