Walder Wyss: SIX launches a new flag to identify Paris Agreement aligned equities

Walder Wyss acted as a legal advisor to SIX, which  introduced the new ‘SIX 1.5 °C Climate Equity’ flag to help investors identify companies whose existing business models and future plans are aligned with limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, as outlined in the Paris Agreement.

Whether a company meets the relevant requirements must be confirmed by an approved reviewer. Companies listed on SIX Swiss Exchange can apply for the voluntary flag.
