Baker McKenzie with Swisscanto Anlagestiftung on Neumarkt 4’s acquisition

Baker McKenzie advised Swisscanto Anlagestiftung, represented by Zürcher Kantonalbank Asset Management, on its acquisition of the local supply center “Neumarkt 4” from Baloise Versicherung. Located in the heart of the city of St. Gallen, the property offers mixed use consisting of retail, commercial, restaurant, take-out and office space.
