Walder Wyss: Swisscanto Foundations are called Servisa again

After some 18 years of successful activity under the name “Swisscanto”, the Swisscanto Collective Foundation and the Swisscanto Supra Collective Foundation decide to make their independence more visible again. To this end, the two pension funds are returning to their founding names: Servisa Collective Foundation and Servisa Supra Collective Foundation.

Walder Wyss has provided legal advice to the foundations in the course of the transaction. Schmid (associate, capital markets/m&a). The branding agency Scholtysik developed the brand strategy, brand identity and launch communication for Servisa.
