Walder Wyss with Beekeper on growth & working capital financing

Walder Wyss advised Zurich-based Beekeeper in connection with the closing of a growth and working capital financing from HSBC Innovation Bank Limited.

The company

Founded in 2012 by Cristian Grossmann, Andreas Slotosch, Daniel Sztutwojner, and Flavio Pfaffhauser, Beekeeper developed an all-in-one workplace app for frontline teams. The platform promotes an impact-over-features approach,  offering streamlining services for schedules, paystubs, instant updates and tasks.
