MLL Legal with Validation Cloud on financing operations
MLL Legal advised Zug-based Web3 data and AI company Validation Cloud on both Series A financing round and prior convertible loan financing.
The deals
Global technology equity venture capital firm True Global Ventures (TGV) led the more recent Series A capital round, which included a USD 10m lead from TGV 4 Plus Fund to scale AI for Web3.
San Francisco-based Cadenza Ventures led the Cloud’s earlier USD 5.8m convertible loan financing , with further support from Blockwall, Bloccelerate, Side Door Ventures, GS Futures, AP Capital, Blockchain Founders Fund, and Metamatic.
MLL Legal represented Validation cloud on both the aforementioned operations.
