Walder Wyss with Distalmotion on series G funding round

Walder Wyss advised Distalmotion, a globally active MedTech company based in Lausanne, throughout closing of its USD 150 million series G financing round. Revival Healthcare Capital led the funding round in question, with support from inside investor.

The context

The new funding will be mainly directed at accelerating US commercial adoption of Dexter, the company’s soft tissue robotic surgery system, as well as at supporting ongoing clinical and product development initiatives.
