Walder Wyss with EMZ Partners in the financing for the acquisition of the Assepro Group

EMZ Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Assepro Group with registered seat in Pfäffikon. Assepro is the leading independent insurance broker company with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland. The acquisition has been financed by Credit Suisse (Switzerland), Investec Bank and Luzerner Kantonalbank. The accession process and the implementation of the final financing structure has been completed on 16 April 2021.

Walder Wyss advised EMZ Partners in relation to the acquisition financing for all purposes of Swiss law.
