Walder Wyss with GGW on AELIA acquisition
Walder Wyss advised insurance brokerage specialist GGW Group GmbH on its acquisition of aviation insurance company AELIA Assurances Group.

The context
Hamburg-based GGW Group operates as a partnership of owner-managed insurance brokers and underwriting agents. In connection with the deal, GGW acquires aviation insurance broker AELIA.
The move is set to bolster GGW’s presence across the European market, expanding its expertise to aviation and related industries.
