Walder Wyss with Microcaps on equity investment by Givaudan

Walder Wyss advised Microcaps as Givaudan made an equity investment and entered a strategic collaboration with the company to bolster its encapsulation capabilities.

Givaudan is a globally active specialist in fragrance and beauty segment. Microcaps emerged from ETH Zurich’s Complex Materials Group. It is built on a microfluidic technology that provides encapsulation solutions for the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and health and life science sectors.
