Homburger with CPP on acquisition of GF’s aerospace and gas turbine operations

Homburger advises Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) on its acquisition of the aerospace and industrial gas turbine operations from Georg Fischer.

The context

Georg Fischer officialised the signing of an agreement to divest the Precicast-Group, held by GF Casting Solutions Industrial SA, to Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP). CPP is a US-based manufacturer of castings and components for the aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine industries. The transaction is expected to close toward the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
